I haven't been to the Philippines yet, but I'm going this Christmas for a month to visit my extended family for the first time. It'll be an adventure for sure.

I would be so sad if pandas died out during my lifetime. As I'm half Asian, I feel somewhat like the panda is my mascot and I should protect it. :P Haha.

I just discovered (on youtube) that there is a sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica. I wanna go there! I know people say sloths are creepy, but I think they're awesome. B)

My father was born in the Philippines, but a few generations down his family came to the Philippines from Spain. My mother was born in America, but her grandparents and further ancestors came from Ireland and Spain. Most people here though just say I'm half white/half filipino, or "bleach filipino" haha.
