I just opend my self up to actually looking at the suffering. footage of the standard practices like teeth clipping, beak cutting ect. there is so much torture inflicted on animals even before they are murdered. I called myself an animal lover but realised that aslong as I was eating them I was paying for some one to kill them in my name.
I couldn't say I live animals while chewing on a piece of there flesh.
so not eating them was easy.
once you see and identify the cruelty it's very easy to stop eating them.
now I don't see a neat little piece of steak, I see the flesh of a cow that didn't want to die.

Hello there, I am good thanks. ok, what is it that you saw or experienced made you turn into a vegan? It must have been hard at first, changing your eating habits etc.
