**Crazy tradition here: after going to grave yard on "día de muertos" (day of the death) celebration is common to eat enchiladas, tacos and mexican candys just outside the graveyard

I've only tried "chapulines" (i think is cricket) depped in chocolate it tasted pretty good.
I've never tasted, but it sounds kind like with "frijoles" beans maybe?, so I'm guessing the main ingredient are beans. I'll google it.

I've never tried authenthic brazilian food :/, just the restaurants that claims to be, andthey serve you kind of a buffet of meats.
