Thanks :) Same to you, your profile was very descriptive. Seems like we share some fav tv shows, I was addicted to 24 and prison break back in the day. Now i'm making myself feel old, i was in college when they first aired.

See I don't mind starting a conversation that way, but I also add something else to it. If someone sends me a message that just says "hi, how are you", it's not like I take it personally like some people seem to do, I just don't reply to that person because it's clear they haven't read my profile. If they didn't take the time to read my profile I know they aren't really interested in being friends with me and oftentimes they have ulterior motives.

lol I also noticed so many people have "don't just say hi", etc etc, in their profile. I think it's their way to vent about getting those messages because they're annoyed they aren't getting more substantive messages. Otherwise it doesn't make sense cause the people who send the short messages are the ones who don't read profiles, am I right?
