Hello! Greetings from Kyrgyzstan! Thank you, I'm well. How are you?)) You never been in Central Asia? Yes, Kyrgyzstan is beautiful country. Bishkek is not big city but very cozy and comdortable, Life is here the same, all people studying, working, living like there. We have a beautiful nature:high mountains, medical lakes, clean rivers, beautiful waterfalls! So, welcome to my country!))

Well, I am sure you could bring your Citizenship Card and just walk into a Ncell shop anywhere (I am sure there are several in Kathmandu) and just buy one. It is pre-paid yes and you buy recharge cards litterally everywhere.

not coming via a plane , just crossing the border via foot .
my friend's native place is near the Nepal Bihar border , and not everyone in india has a passport , I was wondering if there is something like pre paid , and pre activated sim , or they give sim on other documents ?
